Founder of Inner Flow

Adina Soffer

My journey into the fascinating world of movement arts and practices began over two decades ago, driven by my unwavering passion for dance, yoga, somatics, and bodywork across various cultures. I hold a master's degree in Performance Studies, focusing on dance ethnography, and have enriched my understanding of movement through studies in the United States, Peru, Brazil, and Cuba.

My Yoga Journey

As a 500-hour YA certified yoga teacher, certified doula, prenatal and postnatal movement educator, and Pilates instructor, my expertise is broad and deep. I have immersed myself in somatic disciplines such as Body-Mind-Centering, Bartenieff Fundamentals, and the Alexander Technique.

My recent ventures include a 100-hour study in Steel Mace Vinyasa and movement coaching under the guidance of Summer Huntington. As a movement coach, my training encompasses kinesiology, mobility, and Steel Mace practices, all of which enhance flow state training and strengthen yoga asana.

My Style

While my primary focus is vinyasa flow teaching, my style is a unique amalgamation of various disciplines. My classes offer flow-based practices infused with yogic philosophy and concepts, encouraging students to contemplate their movement, breath, and flow both on and off the mat. My aim is to provide an embodied experience, deepening students' connection to their inner selves and enhancing their sensory awareness.
